Our coaches work with leaders and teams from many different industries, bringing their commitment to a more loving, human workplace, lived leadership experience, training, and insights to guide their clients on a journey of self-discovery, self-development, and self-love so they can truly create compassionate, joyful, healthy workplaces with positive human impacts and organizational results.
Our Coaching Process
While each coaching engagement is tailored to the client’s specific needs, all include these basic phases:
Discovery
Exploration of priorities, challenges, strengths, and growth opportunities. This phase includes assessments and goal setting.
Planning
Based on these goals, the coach and leader or team co-create a plan to meet these goals.
Coaching Sessions
Leaders engage in confidential coaching either online or in person. Based on goals, these sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, or occasionally monthly. Team coaching can also be done online or in person and frequency is calibrated to the team’s needs and goals. Team coaching may be simultaneous with leader coaching in support of comprehensive learning and integration.
Reflection and Close-Out
At the end of the coaching journey, the coach and leader or team will reflect on the process, celebrate progress, and identify the next independent steps for further learning and growth.
Follow-Up
After two to three months, the coach checks in to see how the leader or team is progressing, to discuss any challenges or obstacles, and to support ongoing integration of learning.
