More Love

Image of all 9 new team members at A Human Workplace, smiling faces side by side.

Each time it happens, I experience a sense of joy and possibility.

What is it that happens? I meet someone else somewhere in the world who is also committed to making work more loving and human.

They are in many different kinds of roles. They may use different words or focus on a particular aspect of the workplace, but we are headed in the same direction: Toward love. That mutual recognition creates a happy moment of shared encouragement and hope for the world.

  • Some people I meet are leading or working in organizations right now, modeling how to bring love, acceptance, and humanity to their teams. We are honored to support them with a global community, or with resources or services.

  • Other people I meet are offering inspired services, products, or thought leadership that address different human-centered needs. The scope and scale of their creativity and impacts are incredible! We are glad to use, share, partner with, and be inspired by them.

  • And some people I meet are distinctly human-centered coaches, consultants, trainers, and facilitators, and together we realize that they should join our Human Workplace Team to expand this work in the world.

You see, while I have a message to bring to the world advocating for love, not fearI don't have all the many detailed answers to all the questions for every different kind of workplace issue and need out there. No one person has all those answers! But many of us together do! And this has always been my vision: To grow a team and amplify their voices, insights, contributions, and brilliance so that together we change the way workplaces everywhere work.

You will be meeting them, seeing and hearing more from this Team here each week. I can't wait for you to get to know them better and discover all the creative, insightful people ready to collaborate with each other and you to meet your unique needs and expand love in the world!

I am thrilled to introduce you to nine new members of the Human Workplace Team who each hold another piece of the love that workplaces need. They bring a variety of amazing experiences and unique talents along with language and cultural competencies to open possibilities for many organizations and teams in all kinds of communities. Please meet them, connect with them on Linked In, and watch for more from them in the weeks ahead! And, you can learn more about the whole team here

This is the dream that began in 2015 being fulfilled today in ever-expanding circles of loving impact. And, we are just getting started!
