Autumnal Reflection for Inner Alignment

What is Inner Alignment?

Every experience you have is a result of your inner belief systems at play.  When our inner values, desires, and drive work together, we start to manifest new realities that align with what we are most strongly seeking.  We experience a brighter world when we are able to step outside our own perceived limitations.

The Impact of Our Inner Alignment

When you are centered in your worth, in your essence, and feeling harmony within, your very energy will attract more ease and abundance. You will pay more attention to how you feel over what you need to do next and know that your primary purpose in life is to feed your own joy so that you can live your best life and be your best for those around you.

All beings have this ability to step into their greater purpose and into their fullest livelihood. Yes, we face roadblocks that get in the way—such as life circumstances and getting too caught up in our own mess, over-analysis, and self-doubt. However, you can also choose to tune into your own frequency of greater power and freedom. Find the channel that feels best to you. Claim it, own it, and be freed by seeing your own soul reflected to you when you give it the attention it deserves.

The Power of Our Inner Alignment

When you do this, you’ll be amazed at the power you unlock for yourself! You’ll depend less on other people’s opinions of you because you will instead hear that inner voice that guides you on the right path. You’ll have more holistic methods to take care of your pain, frustrations, and anger. You’ll have the ability to recharge, uplift yourself, and to live a path toward greater freedom. You’ll align your actions from a higher vibration, from a place of feeling well and thinking well—one of limitless potential.

An Autumnal Reflection for Inner Alignment

So how do you get to this place of aligned inner experience? Start with reflection. Right now, it’s November 2022 and autumn is a great time for self-reflection!

“If winter is slumber and spring is birth, and summer is life, then autumn rounds out to be reflection. It’s a time of year when the leaves are down and the harvest is in and the perennials are gone. Mother Earth just closed up the drapes on another year and it’s time to reflect on what’s come before.” – Mitchell Burgess

Use this time to reflect and assess what you want next. What do you want next in your career, your personal growth, and your community? Pause. Be present. Envision a better future. Then integrate these learnings into your life. Use these questions to guide your reflection.

  1. What do you like/appreciate most about your current job/role?

  2. What aspects of your current function/role do you want to carry over into the future?

  3. What positive changes are you ready for? (eg: What is not working well in your current role, team, or org?)

  4. If you were to elevate/evolve where you are today in your career, what would that look like?  What does progression look like?

  5. What does 5 years out look like, ideally? Get specific.

  6. What kind of environment, culture, team, and support systems do you need to thrive?

  7. What does success look like in the next 6 months?

  8. What other personal areas would you like to strengthen to better your capacity or confidence? (eg: communication/leadership/well-being/self-development areas)

  9. What are you really proud of when you think of where you are now and how far you’ve come? What challenges and hurdles have you overcome, that come to mind?

  10. If you think of a word or a phrase that you’d like this coming period to stand for, what would that be?

BONUS) Are there any beliefs that are limiting you from reaching your potential?

My hope is that given the opportunity to reflect, you’ll find yourself in a more aligned sense of being this fall, winter, and into the new year. You deserve to feel aligned and empowered! My encouragement to you is to boldly take what you need for your inner self to flourish, then watch and see how this bears fruit in every aspect of your life.
