Advancing Together for Love and Justice™
This is the time to advance the work of justice.
This is the time to stand together for racial equity and justice. Recent murders of unarmed Black people and world-wide protests along with ongoing systemic racism experienced by People of Color call us all to come together to advance racial justice. We do this when we face, learn, heal, and co-create a more human way of working and living in the world.
This is the time to lean hard into truly creating inclusion and belonging for all, working to counter biases and dismantling systemic racism. Team members are watching and wondering what's going to happen at work; leaders are looking to become better leaders for racial justice and for supportive solutions for their teams.
Many who are White are asking themselves what they can do, what they need to know, and how they can keep from perpetuating the problem of racism. Those who are People of Color are wondering if this sudden upwelling is all going to amount to anything and worry that the burden of teaching colleagues or representing their community will fall on them at a time when they are exhausted and traumatized.
Human-centered leaders want to take actions in their teams and organizations to meet these needs with support, understanding, responsibility, unity, and change. This begins most importantly with their own personal growth, with doing the work.
Advancing Together for Love and Justice is a Human Workplace Gathering series for anyone to engage in meaningful whole-person learning and systemic change both individually and collectively. Held virtually, these breakthrough sessions are relational, experiential, collective, and integrative. Surrounded by empathy, compassion, and respect participants slow down, connect, and receive a small, right-sized amount of instruction.
We do not believe in overwhelming participants with information that cannot be meaningfuly absorbed. Less is more. Then plenty of time is spent to reflect, listen, share, dialogue, practice, and identify actions. This is a new and different kind of learning experience that brings meaningful impact when sustained over time.

For our friends who are People of Color: We are committed to practices of respect and care that do not cause further trauma nor place demands for educational or emotional labor on you. We also hold space for you to be heard when you desire to share. Our fundamental rule is that we listen and believe. Period. But even with that, if you prefer a group with only those who are Black, or only Indigenous or People of Color for breakouts, then we will make every effort to provide you with that option. We understand that experiences are different and should be honored. And people come from different moments on any given day and that reality should be honored too. We look forward to being in community together with care, kindness and respect.
