Ariana, our Operations Manager extraordinaire and (self-proclaimed) resident dog expert.
Ariana is passionate about people as an organization's most valuable resource and is dedicated to helping them in their journey to improve work-life, engagement, and results. With A Human Workplace, she manages all things technical, logistical, and operational. She comes with a myriad of experiences from industries including media, advertising, medical device, and consulting. She has an entrepreneurial mind and heart that brings fervor and unique thinking to every project. Her strategy in work and life is summed with the simple word, sincerity. You can find her most Saturdays in a coffee shop with her husband or on a walk around the Chain of Lakes in Minneapolis admiring all of the passing-by pups.
Ariana graduated from Hope College with a Bachelor of Arts, studying leadership, sociology, and psychology. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University, Graziadio Business School.
